The team is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in the Financial District of Hyderabad. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of their flagship product, Noteshelf, a popular note-taking app used globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the product.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with mobile app design principles and best practices.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile applications.
