About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with a strong background in agency or consulting environments. This role involves owning client engagements from start to finish, including scoping and delivering innovative AI products. You will work closely with clients to transform ambiguous business challenges into actionable, sequenced work while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client engagements end-to-end, acting as the primary product voice.
- Scope and manage greenfield product builds, turning ideas into shippable roadmaps.
- Lead modernization efforts for legacy platforms while maintaining business continuity.
- Design and deliver AI-native enablement, working with client teams to build internal capabilities.
- Translate client requests into structured work, including writing PRDs and defining success criteria.
- Collaborate directly with engineering teams to determine the best approach for each project.
- Establish guardrails for AI agents before they interact with client data.
- Manage multiple engagements, prioritizing effectively across competing demands.
- Facilitate client meetings, sprint reviews, and navigate challenging conversations regarding scope and timelines.
- Report on engagement outcomes, defining success metrics and holding teams accountable.
- Contribute to internal playbooks for delivering AI-first work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of scope and delivery outcomes.
- Experience in agency or consulting roles, managing multiple client relationships.
- Proven track record with at least two types of engagements: greenfield builds, legacy platform migrations, or client enablement.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, understanding the nuances between agentic and deterministic solutions.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Strong teaching instinct, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Strong scoping and prioritization skills, capable of quickly transforming vague briefs into actionable plans.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and taking initiative without complete specifications.
