The team is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after updates or enhancements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform changes and enhancements to improve testing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, products, offerings, and functionalities.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks related to Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, specifically with Salesforce applications.
