The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance the overall usability of digital products. You will play a key role in designing user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of students navigating their educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
