The team is seeking a passionate and seasoned Technical Lead - Engineering to drive their development team in Noida. In this role, you will take complete ownership and accountability for the design, development, and timely delivery of enterprise-class software solutions for global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and team leadership.
