About this role
The team is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee the development of a visual solution that allows customers to investigate and query data from their platform using Nexthink Query Language (NQL). This role involves simplifying the complexity of NQL through the development of a Visual Editor and a Rich Data Table, as well as an advanced query tool built on top of the Monaco Editor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of the visual solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and testing.
- Navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Java and Micronaut Framework.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and gRPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
