The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Agentic Platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing solutions that cater to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). You will work with a team of talented engineers to build scalable applications that streamline business processes and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for the Agentic Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on building scalable applications.
