About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will play a critical role in defining and obtaining the source data necessary to deliver actionable insights and use cases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data mapping and will be adept at joining multiple data sets from various sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and obtain source data required for insights and use cases.
- Determine data mapping and join multiple data sets across various sources.
- Develop methods to identify and report data inconsistencies for user review.
- Propose and assist with suitable data migration sets for stakeholders.
- Support teams in processing data migration sets and coordinating migration activities.
- Plan, track, and coordinate the data migration team and migration run-book.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data migration processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
