About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer specializing in AWS to take ownership of a cloud-agnostic platform. In this role, you will architect, build, and scale infrastructure while ensuring security, scalability, and high availability. You will be responsible for writing high-quality, clean, scalable, and performant code by enforcing software best practices and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement cloud solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
- Build and maintain infrastructure that meets security and performance standards.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Participate in the agile lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in cloud engineering or related fields.
