About this role
The team is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Specialist – Cybersecurity Technology to lead cybersecurity skilling initiatives and industry engagements from its Mumbai office. The primary focus of this role is to drive capacity building in AI for Cybersecurity, Generative AI Security, AI-driven Threat Detection, Secure AI Adoption, and other emerging cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver advanced technical training programs in cybersecurity technologies.
- Manage and coordinate industry engagements to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to various skill levels.
- Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of AI applications in cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in the industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and capacity building.
