The team is seeking a motivated Software Quality Engineer I (SDET) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and performance of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve defects in applications.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and test plans.
- Conduct manual testing as needed to complement automated efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve software quality.
- Maintain and enhance testing frameworks and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
