About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with a strong focus on Vulnerability Remediation within Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Operations (IECO). In this role, you will play a key part in developing solution delivery platforms that support web-based applications utilizing the latest cloud technologies, all while fostering a DevSecOps culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automation leveraging CI/CD processes to enhance software delivery efficiency.
- Implement automated testing, unit testing, and code coverage to ensure high-quality code.
- Contribute to reusable automation frameworks and tools to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities within the infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering or a related field, with a significant focus on DevOps and cloud environments.
