The team is seeking a Software Engineer III with expertise in ERP development, specifically with Informix and COBOL. This role is crucial for enhancing and maintaining the team ERP systems that support their extensive operations in licensed sports merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP applications using Informix and COBOL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement best practices in software development and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
- Document processes and maintain system documentation for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Informix and COBOL programming languages.
