The team is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of their cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for the commercial property and casualty insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing or development, with a focus on automation.
