About this role
The team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Software Designer to evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and enhance current functionalities to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in scripting languages and a deep understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and define roadmaps for emerging ServiceNow technologies.
- Develop and implement Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during client meetings, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Provide technical support and guidance on ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software design and development, particularly with ServiceNow.
