About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Java development. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Java applications using Java 8 or higher.
- Utilize frameworks such as Spring, Vertx, or Akka to build robust applications.
- Create and maintain Microservices, ensuring effective use of HTTP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Work with Relational or NoSQL databases to manage data efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using React or Advanced JavaScript.
- Implement build automation processes using tools like GIT, Maven, and Jenkins.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience as a Java developer.
- Proficiency in Java 8 or higher and frameworks like Spring, Vertx, or Akka.
- Experience in building Microservices and working with HTTP, REST, JSON, and XML.
