The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Salesforce development to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing financial technology solutions by translating requirements into functional software. You will actively participate in coding, testing, and code reviews while improving applications and processes for scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance financial technology solutions using Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional software.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software performance and functionality.
- Continuously improve applications and processes for better scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with financial technology solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and Salesforce development.
