The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, who will play a crucial role in designing, building, and owning the systems that drive their innovative platform. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance development processes and product offerings.
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to understand the broader business context.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
