About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) to join their Continuous Product Delivery (CPD) team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring long-term stability and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the core engineering team, product management, and support organizations. Your primary focus will be on the identity and access layer that secures the on-premise data backup and management offerings across various releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust software solutions that enhance security and user access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to product stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable software systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and on-premise deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on security and access management.
