The team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to oversee the daily administration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves developing and implementing automated solutions and integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform with advanced administration skills.
- Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript and ServiceNow tools.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Utilize Flow Designer to automate workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Advanced experience with SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
