About this role
The team is seeking a Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with extensive experience in SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Marketing Cloud and/or SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement, alongside a proven track record in customer engagement and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.
- Design and optimize customer engagement strategies using SAP tools.
- Manage campaign management processes and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to clients on SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud and/or SAP Emarsys.
- Hands-on experience in customer engagement and campaign management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 10-15 years in SAP consulting, specifically in marketing cloud solutions.
