About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Developer with expertise in Tableau Reporting. This role involves collaborating with various business stakeholders including Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather reporting requirements and translate KPIs/metrics into effective report and dashboard specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document reporting needs.
- Translate KPIs and metrics into actionable report and dashboard specifications.
- Recommend appropriate tools and approaches for reporting needs, including native Salesforce reports, Tableau, and CRM Analytics.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards that provide insights and drive business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.
- Provide training and support to users on report and dashboard functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Tableau and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in translating complex data into understandable reports.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
