About this role
The team is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant components. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and assessing their feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RPA solutions tailored to business needs.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the stability and reliability of automated processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions post-deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with UiPath, including Studio and Orchestrator.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation feasibility assessment.
- Experience in creating technical documentation and test plans.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing RPA solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath.
