About this role
The team is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a focus on the Service Layer and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Platform. This role requires a strong, hands-on, and highly motivated individual to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions through robust automation testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for API and microservices.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the testing process.
- Perform testing on AWS environments and leverage Kafka/MSK for message-driven testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 4 years in relevant automation roles.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong experience in API testing and microservices testing.
- Familiarity with AWS services and SQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Domain exposure in Quote-to-Cash, Customer Lifecycle, or Enterprise Integrations is preferred.
