The team is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in QA automation engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
