The team is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the user experience of their multi-carrier shipping software, aimed at simplifying global eCommerce logistics. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new user-facing features using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on building complex web applications.
