The team is seeking a Senior C#.NET Backend Engineer to join their dynamic team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from the office. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design system architecture, and review peer code, contributing to the growth of the organization in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development projects using C#.NET and MongoDB.
- Design and implement scalable system architectures.
- Review and provide feedback on peer code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in C#.NET with a strong understanding of backend development principles.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

Experience:
