The team is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their innovative team focused on transforming the education sector through advanced technology. In this role, you will facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and foster a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach teams in Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance team dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
