About this role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Analyst to join our team in a permanent, full-time position based in India. This role can be performed remotely from within India, with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Bangalore. Candidates should be willing and able to travel occasionally to our Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor SAP security roles and authorizations.
- Implement and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
- Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security issues and improve processes.
- Provide support for SAP security incidents and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP security trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP security and GRC.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts and GRC tools such as Access Control and Process Control.
- Proficiency in SAP modules and their security configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
