The team is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the effective deployment of Fieldglass solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP Fieldglass modules and business processes.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions.
- Manage contingent workforce and external workforce processes.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, templates, and integrations within the SAP Fieldglass platform.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Fieldglass users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant with a strong understanding of the platform.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass consulting and implementation.
