The team is seeking an experienced SAP Data Engineer to join their growing Data Engineering team. This remote position based in India will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in SAP landscapes, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAP Data Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that connect SAP systems with the broader enterprise data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Optimize existing data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security across SAP environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAP Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with a focus on SAP technologies.
