The team is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with a focus on Supplier Lifecycle Performance to join their team in Bangalore. This role is crucial in driving governance, cross-functional integration, and delivery efficiency across large-scale SAP transformations and business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supplier lifecycle processes.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in supplier governance and performance management.
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of training programs for end-users on SLM processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba, particularly in Supplier Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba consulting and supplier lifecycle management.
