The team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in OmniStudio/Vlocity and Salesforce. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and innovation for the team through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices and architectural standards.
- Leverage OmniStudio/Vlocity to create efficient and effective customer experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to advise clients on potential improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in OmniStudio/Vlocity.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect or Vlocity certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
