About this role

The team is seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and seamless coordination among teams and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving large Salesforce implementations, particularly within the Public Sector, while maintaining a focus on quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce project initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically with Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Public Sector clients is a plus.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred.

Experience: 5-8 years in project management, with a focus on Salesforce.
