The team is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Experience Cloud to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business, design, and technical teams to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements. You will represent the product throughout the design and development process, ensuring product integrity during its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
- Participate in pre-sales and business development efforts, actively seeking new opportunities.
- Lead agile product management tasks, including vision, inception, product strategy, and release planning.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize agile requirements effectively.
- Ensure alignment of product development with market needs and business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in Salesforce development or a related field.
