About this role
The team is seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce systems, process improvements, and business operations across their global organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Salesforce developers and the Systems & Process Improvement Manager to maintain and improve Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, data quality, documentation, and system processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations and workflows to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and ensure data quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of Salesforce-related issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to improve system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of data management and data quality practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development or related roles.
