About this role

The team is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team of engineers who are dedicated to building high-quality, world-class products. In this role, you will take ownership of product features from functional grooming to production delivery within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and test Salesforce applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and high-quality features that meet performance standards.
  • Validate product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development or related fields.
