The team is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support their Solution Architects on various projects. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your knowledge of Salesforce and relevant business processes to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver Salesforce FSC projects.
- Elicit requirements and document user stories effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, designs, and deployment plans.
- Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Conduct hands-on configuration activities within Salesforce.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and business processes.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in testing methodologies and user acceptance testing.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, particularly in the financial services sector.
