About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead technical architecture across multiple work streams. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and its various clouds, along with integration, security, data management, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will own and lead technical discussions with clients, ensuring best practices and architectural patterns are applied effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical architecture for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Lead and facilitate technical discussions, translating complex concepts for clients.
- Develop and maintain architecture patterns and principles across Salesforce and other clouds.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, enhancing the overall technical capability of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and security best practices.
- Proven experience in DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and maintain a big-picture perspective.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture or a related field.
