About this role
The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager specializing in injectables to lead their QA team and define the QA strategy for their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly focusing on injectable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategy, approach, and execution in document control, IPQA, qualification/validation, and GLP.
- Lead and direct the QA team, ensuring effective training and development.
- Approve SMF, VMP, quality manuals, and validation protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and self-inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Organize management review meetings and escalate quarterly report outcomes to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in the injectable pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
