About this role
The team is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join their team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for meticulously testing software products to identify defects, ensure adherence to specifications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand application functionality and requirements.
- Create comprehensive test cases based on specifications.
- Execute tests and document results.
- Report defects and track them through resolution.
- Suggest enhancements to improve application quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Quality Assurance or related field.
