About this role
The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong cloud and infrastructure expertise to join their team. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of quality, reliability, and system-level testing. You will be responsible for building automation that validates complex cloud-native systems across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments. Your testing will not only focus on whether a feature works but also on ensuring that the underlying infrastructure remains reliable under scale, failure, and operational stress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for cloud-native applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct testing in multi-cloud environments, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Document testing processes and results, providing clear feedback to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA automation, particularly in cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in QA automation and cloud infrastructure testing.
