About this role
The team is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of finished goods prior to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety talks and Level 1 meetings to promote a culture of safety.
- Perform timely inspections of finished goods (FG) for dispatch, ensuring compliance with packing lists.
- Clear Outbound Delivery (OBD) of FG lots from SAP after conducting physical dispatch inspections.
- Communicate any deviations found during inspections to the production or reporting manager promptly.
- Provide support to third-party inspection teams as needed to facilitate quality assurance processes.
- Capture photographs throughout the loading activity for documentation and quality control purposes.
- Arrange product samples as per sample sales order requirements to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Prepare the daily dispatch report to track and document all dispatched goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in quality assurance.
- Proficient in using SAP for inventory and dispatch management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with production teams and third-party inspectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field is required.
