Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies for various software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members in performance testing best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in performance testing and architecture.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong understanding of application architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
