About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant for a contract position. This role is primarily remote with occasional hybrid work in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Time & Labor (T&M).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support various Compensation plans and eligibility profiles.
- Manage salary components, worksheets, and workforce compensation processes.
- Develop and implement related business rules to optimize compensation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compensation strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Time & Labor modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
