About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable Node.js services for SaaS applications, marketplaces, and compliance-heavy platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring API reliability, performance, and system observability for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable Node.js applications for various platforms.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to internal engineering quality through documentation, code reviews, and release discipline.
- Implement secure delivery practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience with frameworks such as Express.js.
- Strong understanding of API design and development.
- Familiarity with database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with system observability tools and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js.
