The team is seeking a .Net Lead with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join their team in Bangalore. This role requires an expert-level proficiency in .NET technologies, particularly in C# and ASP.NET Core, along with robust SQL Server skills for complex query optimization and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality feature delivery.
- Design and review API specifications and data models.
- Provide guidance on frontend implementation patterns using React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in React and frontend development best practices.
