About this role
The team is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design and implement complex MERN systems. In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable APIs, efficient data access, and resilient React frontends while ensuring operational excellence. You will also mentor junior developers, shape technical decisions, and collaborate with leadership on delivery risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable APIs using the MERN stack.
- Implement efficient data access strategies for high-performance applications.
- Build resilient and user-friendly React frontends.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Contribute to the engineering quality through documentation and code reviews.
- Develop software solutions for SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and regulated systems serving enterprise clients across global time zones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and working with databases.
- Experience in developing scalable applications for enterprise-level clients.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with the MERN stack.
