About this role
The team is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of their diverse portfolio of community-driven entertainment products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various platforms.
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and other applications to identify bugs and ensure usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
- Document defects and track them through resolution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to the overall quality strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably in a digital media or entertainment environment.
