Manual QA Engineer

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join their QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual testing of web and mobile applications and creating and maintaining test documentation. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and customer support representatives to ensure product quality, reliability, and a seamless user experience. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close cooperation with product owners, developers, and customer support representatives.
• Create and maintain test documentation including checklists and test cases.
• Estimate the execution time of testing activities.
• Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications: functional, cross-platform, and UI (responsive design).
• Document and maintain defect reports in Jira.
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product owners.
• Communicate any risks from a QA perspective that could affect feature delivery.
• Report to stakeholders on test execution results.
• Provide support in issues investigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software QA.
• Experience in web and mobile applications testing (end-to-end, UI).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum.
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques.
• Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, API, JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of SQL for testing purposes is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
